Open Your Own Store
“Swojski Sklepik . PL” is Poland’s first fully self-service outdoor grocery store (hereinafter referred to as a “Kiosk”) offering high-quality Polish food products: free-range eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, curd cheeses, and more. Products are stored in automatically opening, glass-front refrigerated lockers (from 240 to 400 compartments), maintained at a constant temperature of 2–6°C. Customers can shop 24/7, including weekends and holidays. They select products, pay by card, and collect purchases from lockers—similar to a parcel locker system.
What We Offer
We provide a passive franchise model, similar to an aparthotel investment scheme.
We treat the Kiosk as a real estate asset (like a hotel room), which you entrust us to manage. We act as your reception and technical service team, handling maintenance and upkeep. As a result, your Kiosk—like a standard property—retains and increases its value, at least in line with inflation. The key difference compared to a hotel room is flexibility: if a Kiosk generates insufficient sales in location “A”, it can be relocated to location “B” to improve profitability.
This is a business:
• without social security (ZUS) contributions
• without employees
• without the need for your daily involvement
We are both:
• an independent manufacturer of Kiosks (including vending systems)
• the owner of the store chain
• and the distributor of the products sold
What We Provide
We deliver all products and full all-inclusive service, covering everything related to running the store without franchisee involvement, including:
- Administration and delivery coordination
- Sales management and monitoring software
- Rental of the Kiosk location
- Cleaning of shelves, display windows, wind panels, and roof
- Warranty and repair service 7 days a week (within 24h response time)
- Accounting services
Your Responsibilities
- Purchase the Kiosk through a newly established limited liability company (Sp. z o.o.), where you are the main shareholder and sole board member with full control over bank accounts
- Pay for goods weekly
- Pay monthly fixed costs and franchise fees
